Minced Groung Beef and W Green Beans in Spicy Sauce
This spicy ground beef and green beans is one of the most popular dishes in China, originated from Szechuan cuisine. It is also one of my favorite dishes.
First, I deep fried the green beans until crisp outside, then sautéed the garlic, ginger and dried chili pepper until fragrant.
After that, I stirred in the marinated ground beef and cook until the beef is no longer pink.
Finally, I added the green beans back to the pan, stirred and tossed in salt, sugar and soy sauce to season.
Check out the recipe at the end of this post and learn how to make this savory and spicy ground beef and green beans stir-fry. I am sure you will be a fan of it!
Below is a summary of how I made this dish with pictures. I hope you enjoy making this super delicious ground beef and green beans at home. If you like this recipe, please leave a rating and share it with your friends!

I made this subbing in a Beyond Burger and red pepper flakes for the beef and dried peppers. I also used Shao Xing cooking wine. It was really good and super easy to make. I will definitely make it again. Thanks for posting it!

Just 1/5 pound ground beef? That's like 3.2 ounces, not much with a pound of green beans. I'm going to try the recipe because it sounds really good, and I do "blistered" Szechuan beans frequently.
